I teach English and Spanish from A1 to C1 level, and prepare you to take various language tests: TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS and DELE.

Business English and Spanish Courses

I teach English and Spanish to those who frequently interact with foreign customers/collaborators. The courses consist of two parts: one on grammar, and one on different subjects covered during my bachelor's degree in foreign trade.

The subjects covered in the course are: transport, logistics, economics, international institutions, exports, maritime law and insurance, sales techniques, contracts and insurances, marketing, management, customs...

Intercultural Communication Courses

Besides giving English and Spanish language courses, I will also inform you about lifestyle habits  in English and Spanish-speaking countries.

In this course, we'll cover topics such as proxemics, the use of softeners, linguistic variations within Spanish- and English-speaking countries, body language, the concept of face in some cultures, the notion of time, etc.

Cross Cultural Marketing Courses

I give valuable advice to those wishing to export products abroad. Moreover, I also share my knowledge of business practices in English- and Spanish-speaking countries

For example, did you know that in Japan, long negotiations are necessary before a decision is made? Indeed, in this country, the group is essential. Every decision therefore requires everyone's approval.

In Arabic-speaking countries, it is a bit different... Emotions are paramount, and if people "get along", decisions can be made in no time.

Practical English and Spanish Courses

I organise discussion groups in English and Spanish. Those conversations or "lessons", over a cup of tea or some tapas, will tackle subjects of all kinds. A few theoretical points will of course be covered as well.
